What’s New in This Update (V8.0.53)
[Important Change 1] Privacy Policy Update
- Login via QR code scan or verification from friend messages is limited in attempts. (Potentially 4 times/month, corresponding to support for logging in 4 accounts)
[Important Change 2] New Feature Updates
- The limit for adding domestic Chinese cards to accounts with activated wallets is 200,000 Chinese Yuan (200,000 CNY).
- Users can speak with a group of people through voice chat rooms. Unlike sending voice messages in a group, messages in these chat rooms are almost real-time, with no messages missed, and live chats can still be conducted even when the phone screen is off.
- The new version of WeChat (the Weixin version for mainland Chinese market) has launched the “Find Jobs Nearby” function, allowing users to find nearby jobs through WeChat. This feature has been launched in Jiangmen, Guangdong, providing convenient job search services.
